Discipleship (3Es)

Our Every Nation Tallahassee 101-501 Discipleship track is designed to help establish, equip and empower you as a disciple of Jesus Christ.

Establish

101 (Membership): Every disciple of Jesus Christ should be established as a member of a local church.  Apostle Paul used the metaphor of a human body to describe the importance of our church relationships and our connection to one another.  Just as the human body can’t function properly without all its parts, the church can’t fulfill its mission without every member fulfilling their role (1 Corinthians 12:12-27).  Our two week 101 course is for those interested in becoming a member of Every Nation Tallahassee.

If you are interested in becoming a member of Every Nation, Tallahassee, please complete a Membership Interest Form online now.

Now you are the body of Christ, and each one of you is a part of it. 1 Corinthians 12:27

201 (Foundations / Purple Book): If you want to be established in God’s word and in your faith, then you need to build a solid and secure spiritual foundation.  This kind of foundation must withstand the storms of opposition that you will encounter as a Christian.  Jesus said, “Therefore everyone who hears these words of mine and puts them into practice is like a wise man who built his house on the rock. 25 The rain came down, the streams rose, and the winds blew and beat against that house; yet it did not fall, because it had its foundation on the rock” (Matthew 7:24-25).  This 201 six-week course is for those interested in foundational Bible studies that build strong disciples of Jesus.  It will also teach you how Every Nation Tallahassee applies the Bible to its values, mission and vision.

Jesus said, “If you hold to my teaching, you are really my disciples.” John 8:31

Equip

301 (ENrichment): The Bible teaches that we should grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ (2 Peter 3:18). Apostle Paul instructed his son Timothy to do his best to present himself as one approved, a workman who does not need to be ashamed and who correctly handles the word of truth (2 Timothy 2:15).  Our 301 Enrichment classes will equip you to grow in your knowledge of God and develop a biblical worldview.

All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness, 17 so that the servant of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work.   2 Timothy 3:16-17

Empower

401 (Spirtual Gifts, Assessments): God has given every disciple of Jesus Christ spiritual gifts to help them edify his people and evangelize those who don’t know Jesus as Lord and Savior.  We have different gifts according to the grace God has given us (Romans 12:6).  Each one should use whatever gift he or she has received to serve others, faithfully administering God’s grace in its various forms (1 Peter 4:10).  Our 401 spiritual gifts assessment will help you identify and understand your gifts so you can more effectively serve our Lord.  It will also help you find your faithful place of service in the church. (Note: 101 and 201 completion is required for this assessment)

If you would like more information on discovering your gifts and spiritual assessments, please email Pastor Ron Miller.

4 There are different kinds of gifts, but the same Spirit distributes them. 5 There are different kinds of service, but the same Lord. 6 There are different kinds of working, but in all of them and in everyone it is the same God at work. 7 Now to each one the manifestation of the Spirit is given for the common good. 1 Corinthians 12:4-7

501 (ENLI, Internships): Our 501 program consists of internships, Every Nation Leadership Institute courses, and mentoring.   This customized program is great for those who want to grow in their leadership, or for future vocational ministers called to church staff, campus ministry, church planting or world missions. (Note: 101, 201 and 401 completion are required for a 501 program)

It was he who gave some to be apostles, some to be prophets, some to be evangelists, and some to be pastors and teachers, (12) to prepare God’s people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up.  Ephesians 4:11-12
